General Terms and Conditions

Items in Kopi Break Platter are fixed and cannot be exchanged. Delivery orders must be placed 3 working days in advance. Self-collection is subject to outlet’s availability, orders must be placed 1 working day in advance. Delivery hours are from 9.00am to 5.00pm daily. Early hour delivery is before 8.00am, additional fee applies. Strictly no cancellation of order or refund policy. The Kopifellas management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
